Estimates and Quotes
Estimates requested through this website or by email are preliminary and based on the information available at the time. A final, written quote is provided after an in-person inspection. Pricing may change if the scope of work changes.
Scheduling
Work is scheduled by appointment after a free estimate and inspection. Start dates are confirmed directly with the customer and may be adjusted for weather, material availability, or access to the property.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your individual project contract and are not part of this website.
Change Orders
Any changes to the agreed scope of work, including added materials or labor, will be documented and may adjust the total price and timeline.
Workmanship
We aim to complete every project to a professional standard. Specific warranty terms for materials and labor are provided in your written project contract.
Property Access and Site Conditions
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and disclosing known hazards, such as mold, asbestos, or structural issues, prior to the start of work.
Photos of Completed Work
With the customer’s permission, we may photograph completed work for our own marketing and portfolio use. We will ask before using any photo that identifies a specific property or customer.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ezra’s Enterprises is not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, supplier delays, or pre-existing property conditions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state or district in which the work is performed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent update.
